Shipping rates for all raw blends are$10.00 - $20.00 per case depending on location. Freeze dry shipping rates vary and decrease per oz as bag quantity increases.

We ship our fresh, frozen dog food every Monday using UPS or FedEx. Freeze-dried orders are shipped separately within 2 business days of purchase.

To ensure your raw food order ships on the same Monday, please place your order before 10 am (CST) that day. Raw orders placed after 10 am (CST) on Monday will be shipped the following Monday. Freeze-dried orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

For added convenience, we offer auto-delivery subscriptions. Simply sign up once, and we'll take care of the rest, delivering your orders according to your chosen schedule.

All of our products are shipped frozen and securely packed. Once your order arrives, please freeze any items you don't plan to use right away.

If your order arrives partially thawed or starting to defrost, there's no need to worry! It’s completely safe to thaw and refreeze pet food.

When you’re ready to feed your dog, simply take the package out of the freezer 24 hours in advance, let it thaw, and then serve!
